Ok, first take a moment to calm down.
Once you've done that, answer this question: how did you go about selecting the dummyroot?
Also, take a screenshot of your export settings and your XSI Explorer view (set to Objects only with dummyroot opened).

You said you downloaded Rep's MshEx. Did you even read the instructions? A quick glance shows me that your Crosswalk export settings are way off the mark.

You have quite a lot of objects there, I'm not sure what the limit for MshEx is. Try merging a few. It looks ok otherwise.
I'll upload it myself and see if you set up the model correctly.

After merging the objects (making sure you clicked both merge buttons - one for shapes and one for texture) yes, you can right click on the merged object and select "Freeze Generator and Delete Inputs".

Look, it could be that - .....ah, it's hard to explain. And I gtg soon, anyway, to see that new Comet Lulin in the eastern sky.
But do you still have the copy that you had before exporting it into a .obj? If so, try converting that one.

actually i found way 2 compress it more using 7z. well i cant seem 2 get my models working so i guess ill just quit modelling and stick with modding and making maps. unless some1 wants 2 get this jet working.
