New to Gametoast and Modding

Hi everybody, I'm Smithy, and I might need some help every now and then (Actually often). Like the title says, I'm new, and I was wondering how you make tunnels in modding. I have an idea for a mountain with tunnels in or under it, with maybe some outside play in the map as well. Is this possible? If yes, can someone maybe give me a helping hand?

EDIT: Also, I'm sorry, but how do you change units' weapons or edit the weaopns themselves?

Tunnels: You have to use tarrain cutting objects

Change Units Weaps: Look in unit's ODF for weapon lines

Change Weaps: Look in weaps ODFs

And be sure to read the documentation before you start or you'll be so lost. ;)

Welcome to GT!

you copy the tunnels odfs ans mshs like hoth_bldg_tunnel_exit fro assets/worlds/hot to data_yuorworldsname/common theodfs in the odf directory and the mshs in the mshdirectory
after that you load the objekt in zeroeditor an place it in the mountain.

What you said works darth duck, but I'm wondering how you make the level playable both inside and outside the mountain. (Example: The tunnels in the shipped Hoth level allow play both inside and outside them.)

Ya, could you be a bit more specific? :P

You have to have an entrance connecting the inside and outside. Those are in the Hoth files too.

Sorry, I mean something to connect the inside and out, like Darth_Maul said. I found the Hoth bunker and trench objects and placed them, but then I loaded the map and it crashed. I dunno why.

PS: Are the door props (I.E. tantive_prop_door) actual doors? I added a couple of the tantive prop ones.

What else did you change?

I put a CP on top of a Kamino platform, and changed the capture region for it. I didn't change the spawn for it though.

Make sure you named everything correctly.

I didn't rename any Cps or regions that start on the map, and you don't have to name objects you add do you?
