When I added (capturable) local cps to my map and made them friendly towards the DEF team(or just some team), the friendly team can somehow capture the command post of the locals, even though they are on teh same side!
Is this an unavoidable thing for capturable cps, or can it be fixed?

Instead of a normal commpand post for locals put in an uncapturable one.
I think it is called untakeable actually.
You can even drop it below ground level so you don't see the command post.
As long as the spawn paths are above ground that is all your locals really need to spawn.
Oh and don't put in a capture region.
Just re-reading are you saying you want it so only one team, say IMP to be the only ones that can capture the locals command post?

Yep, exactly what I want, only the IMPS to be able to capture the CP, and not the Rebs or locals 1,2,3,4,5 etc. if i ahd any
