Not exactly like a black hole, but it can be done using negative push, which is what Force Pull is, for example.

@ marth i set it to have alot of little pulls, you can see the weapon your self in my weapons assets pack in the realeased assets area of the forums. and @ fiodis it wouldn't just appear i should have used better wording. i was thinking of a second ordanence type of thing, this would probably be simpler if i just made it into an anti gravity pad that places an invisable auto turret under the pad and it will push you up. so i may work on one of those later, i just wanted a grenade because anti gravity grenades are AWESOME.

I guess you could just shoot the ground with your stun setting the whole match. Worked for me!
