im sry that this is off topic, but wat is framerate??

Framerate is how many frames are being displayed per second. The higher the framerate, the smoother the game runs. Things like lag slow down the framerate. The frame rate is also often referred to as FPS. (Frames per second) Not to be confused with 'First person Shooter'

This would probably have been better in the forum dedicated to Off topic things.

no - not at all

the human eye can max. see 24-25 frames per second - but the brain will see it, if there's 50 - but your eyes would only see the forst 24 of them. :roll:

its actually pretty good you ask

if you're creating a movie, or recording something, or animating in a program, ther eusually is a TimeLine

you can - in most cases - change the FPS to another number of frames being displayed.

the timeline usually starts on 100 or something - and you can ALWAYS add/remove frames if needed
