Softimage XSI Mod Tool unavailable [Solved]

Hello I am new to creating mods, and I have tried to download softimage XSI modtool to create custom models, but on the download page, I couldn't even find it. I saw a download link of version 7.5 on mod db but when I tried to download it, it said, "The publisher of this program couldn't be verified." I have checked EVERYWHERE on google, with no download for a fix so I can't download it from mod db. I am such a noob at this stuff and I really want to start modding so can someone please help me with this, it would be so great if someone could help.

When you tried to download it or run it did it say that message? It downloads fine without any sort of message. When the publisher can't be verified when you run it, that's just a harmless thing where not everything has been set up on the program yet to display people who made it. It should install just fine.
So the Mod DB download works fine.

The publisher error shows up right after the 1 hour it takes downloading the program, so I can't download it. I looked everywhere, but I found no fix for that error. I think fixing mod db is my only option, its the only place I can find the 7.5 version.
