I cant install the mod tools. When I start the mod tools I get this pop up window: component transfer error.

Component: Main
File Group: Main Files
File: C:/BF2_Modtools/ToolsFL/bin/ps2_7fof.rra
Error: the system can not find the file specified

The file name seems to change a little every time, but it always starts with ps2_.

Obviously I don't have the modtools in C: already. I had to delete them before because of a PC_texturemunge error where every texture loaded from my world was white.

did you try downloading it again from other website? because i had simil problems years ago

I can only find it from gamefront

I just recently downloaded the Gamefront file(>3 days ago,) and everything installed all right on my computer. I'm not sure what is causing your issue, but I don't think it's the Gamefront file.

Well I don't really have anything else to go on...

Could it be that i didn't use the uninstaller, that i just deleted the folder?

EDIT: I tried the gamer'shell download, the only other one i could find. It had the same issue.

ouh so isnt my same problem, sometimes the file download wrong so install wrong also.

about uninstall i dont know its the problem, maybe if anyone upload installed version and you try use it ?

Yeah that seems to be my only option, unless it violates some law or license agreement. So, can anyone do it?
