jetpack problem

My jetpack_prop.tga looks like this:

In mshveiwer it looks like this:

This is what I did:
1. download Darth Ducks remapped version of skins
2. then i selected the jetpack prop and then I edited to make it look like the picture above
3. then i looked at the stormie w/jetpack in mshveiwer and it looks like the other pciture.

help

It looks like you didn't turn RLE compression off.

Bwuh? If you don't save your .tgas in the correct format, MshViewer just crashes - right?

Yes I know that it crashes.
But I saved a tga some months ago with RLE compression. The viewer worked but the skin looked strange.
So I thought it could be the same thing here.
Maybe it was just an error of the viewer.

thats fine cookie.
the skin's ok now.
my mshviewer is messed up anyhow. if it is open for too long it freezes my whole computer.
i have to download a new version.
