Yeah I know totaly original name. First Urban now natural.

This map pack consists of around 4 (who would've guessed) natural maps.

----

First up, Illum:

It's around 90% done and takes place in one of Illums mountains.

----

Second one is Felucia (for now, open for any better suggestions):
Hidden/Spoiler:

A hill leading towards the a small cave

A river on the open side of the map

Image
A dig site
The map itself if 98% done. Just a few tweaks here and there.
Campaign is about 80% done.

----

The 3rd Map is Jarolla:

It needs a bit more work. This is one of my oldest still-WIP-maps I have. But I don't think I've shown it here before.

----

Vemona:
Hidden/Spoiler:

It's the biggest map in the pack and will feature some of the bigger vehicles.

----

Last but not least Corellia (If you remember it from my privous WIP-topic):

The map is pretty much done

----

The overall progress is about 60%

I'm planning on making campaigns for atleast 2 of the maps.

Ideas, comments and critism are, as always, very welcome.

All of them will support DT2 and BFX. If anyone wants the maps to support their mod just let me know.

As for the dark jungle map's name - I wouldn't consider the name of a map to be its most important aspect, but I suppose it might have some impact on the map's reception. I feel like if you name it anything else, the review might go like "Here we have XXXX, a Felucia-style map," the same way that most desert maps feel pretty much the same as Tatooine or Geonosis. Just honestly calling it Felucia straight-up would seem to me marginally better then giving it some other fancy name. After all, when someone plays it, the first thing they'll think is not "XXXX", but "Felucia."

Overall, though, I don't really think a name could make or break a map.

(Correct me if I am wrong)

Corellia was never publicly released. Furthermore, you weren't on the beta list of Corellia. However, Talus was released publicly, which, as a map, bears a uncanny resemblance to Corellia.

You are right, I never thought the name would be so important. But as this map is one of the maps I want to make a campaign on some individuality wouldn't have hurt.

I did send it out for beta a while back. I don't remember all the testers right now, but if you say you played it you should've been one of them. But maybe you just got it mixed up with Talus.

I'm currently working on Illum and I'm hoping to give you some new screenies soon. I'm also adding some new Jarolla ones.

As for testing I would just need a few testers. I'm yet not ready to test though, but I will tell you as soon as I think the maps are ready.

Look pretty good, if you like I can send you a new bunch of simple rocks + pillars (smoother than most of the old ones) I've just made.
