I need help with this command. Can someone give me exactly what it does and in what units?
My weapon always cools down too much.
Also, searching for HeatRecoverRate (topic titles and posts)turned up nothing.

Heat recover rate is how much to cool off per second, 1 second is fully overheated, so normally to cool down in 2 seconds, put heat recover rate to 0.5

Thanks, I thought that HeatThreshold was the overheat limit, boy was I wrong!
I finally figured out how to use HeatThreshold a few seconds ago, it was throwing off my calcualtions. I didn't realize HeatRecoverRate was independent of HeatThreshold. Thanks for help!

Yah, i thought the same. I had a machine that i intened to go on and on for maybe like a minute, i confused the two, so then the gun would shoot like 3 rounds before overheating for like a minute.
