Post tags?

I am not sure where to post my question about this so i put it here.
How do you have an url address, that is saying something else, like
HERE
I cant figure out how to do this,
and does a video link , like from youtube work just like img tags?

In other words, instead of [url] you put [url= website address] and then text within the url tags.

if you would go to
http://phpbb.com they have this in their faq somewhere, an a lot more BBCode tricks.
