Totally QFT, there's no way the real Obiwan would turn, and the whole zombie/clone*/ghost/impersonation/replica droid whatever thing is only cool once, if ever. And how many characters already have had this done to them?

*only exception = jango's clones, or even other clone templates for stromtroopers later, but that's it.

The Portfolio that you provided the link to (by Joseph Woo, the animator) was last edited on 2/08/2009 whenever I used the javascript command. Kind of a bummer, I know.

My hopes are really looking up this time though, with all of the recent "take this down" and commercial director stuff.

I just read that article. An M rated Star Wars game would be interesting...perhaps it's supposed to be a 1st person shooter, similar to Call of Duty or other war games. That would be interesting!

In any case, this could easily be the big reveal. At the same time, I wonder why images of BF3 concept art were asked to be taken down by the 11th. Maybe both games will be announced?

Well, as long as it's M, I'll be happy. That means it won't be anything related to Animated, and who knows, maybe it still is a Battlefront-like game, or at least some sort of FPS.

"Legends" gives the idea that it involves more than one storyline and/or era.

i think they may announce 2 or mabey a new game. Tbh if star wars legends is like a super smash bro brawl then they could go bankcrupt as that wont sell very well. Im still hoping its bf3

"M" in Australia is not the same as "M" in America. It's much more likely no higher rated than The Force Unleashed or Battlefront II.

Yeah, the Aussie's are hyper-sensitive when it comes to video game ratings. L4D2 was almost all-out banned because of its level of violence. It might just be T by ESRB standards, you never know.

What do I think it might be? Well, LEGENDS, for one. Sounds like either you play as several characters throughout the Star Wars timeline (Perhaps a tie-in to TOR? There's a web-comic but this could be a filler for that 300 year gap), or this is an entirely EU game. Of course, Legends does make it sound like a fighter (Hello!), but I am hoping it's not. Really hoping it's not, the VGAs is pretty serious if you went all out to make a trailer for its announcement. Plus, http://www.starwarslegends.com is an owned domain, but a blank page. So, this probably is the next game. Just don't be a side-scroll fighter! Although the duel mode in TFU (Wii) was really cool.
