Everything looks awesome so far AQT, however i'm not too sure about the colour of the spikes on the Zabrak. For me the head and spikes just don't really work well together.......

Thanks for the input, Coda and lucasfart. Here was my reference for Mellichae:

Pale white skin and black horns as you can see. I dropped the droid arm idea because I wanted him to have a "fair fight" (lame excuse, I know).

@RSL: I'll go ahead and add a touch of gray to Karag's hair if that'll make him appear slightly older.

I stand corrected.

Very well, lets just say the lava glow painted him, and assign him the right that everyone can change clothes.

Nice work then, to that ref

I know the perfect product for that.

I forgot to mention that Karag doesn't age as fast as a normal human does. I'll explain that more later. But, the hair can slightly change.

Just what I was thinking of. :P

Update: Hunt mode has been implemented for Kashyyyk: Wookiees vs. Empire. Wookiees have warriors and infiltrators while the Empire has Trandoshan Elites and Incinerator Troopers. On to the Tantive IV next (which is the final stop of the voyage).

At least according to the mod. ;) Eventually I'll actually get to my series. I trust you found this mod fun. Wish I could have helped more than just providing suggestions and stuff. *kicks my computer* Argh....

Update: TEV is almost done. I'll have a beta version sent out to testers some time in early July. As for the Tantive IV, it's not really the Tantive IV but rather another Corellian Corvette. Here's the back story for anyone who's interested:
From SWG Wikia wrote:The Imperials have struck upon a brilliant political maneuver. They've stolen a Rebel blockade runner, filled it with explosives, and are planning to send it hurtling into Centerpoint Station near Corellia. The plan being, make the Rebels look both foolish and dangerous at the same time. They plan to use this maneuver to force the hands of Rebel sympathizers and to garner political support in the Press. Rebel spies found out about the operation just as it started, and now it's time to do something about it quickly.
So the battle will be between a task force comprising of Rebels and 514th members led by Karag Drakas versus Imperial forces under the command of Mellichae.

Note: the struggle between Karag (me) and Mellichae, goes on for a long time, well into the NJO era. TEV, my eventual series, will just cover the CW/GCW. This mod covers some of the major battles Karag will face during the early portions of the Galactic Civil War. Going on until a tiny bit after the events of the Empire Strikes Back.

Also note that Karag is a descendant of another Karag Drakas (Darth Avarus) from the TOR-era (the upcoming MMO). The Karag of the TOR-era was Sith, whereas, the Karag of the RotE/Rebellion/NR/NJO-era was Jedi. Going against his own ancestor's followings. Karag Drakas of the eras presented here was a Jedi Master during the Clone Wars (was older than Anakin) and kept his title until his death (undetermined).

Karag's character is a mix of Qui-gon, Obi-wan, and Anakin Skywalker, a bit of Mace Windu, and a tiny bit of Yoda. Maybe some Plo-koon and Kit Fisto as well. Just anyone who wants to know what the character is like. He has all the good aspects of those Jedi. Perhaps a bit of defiance of Qui-gon and the aggressiveness of Anakin. Which can be seen as either bad or good. In-fact, all of these has their ups and downs, which Karag can actually get into trouble for. It happens, but he was on very good terms with the Jedi Council for the most part.

Larger bio later.

Really? Judging by the rebels' equipment and the empire's large use of Dark Trooper war droids, I would have guessed it took place a few years after the movies.

SWG is now a little bit after ESB, and some of this stuff is based of SWG stuff. Karag, my Jedi that use to be on the Naritus server (now on Bria). Mellichae from the Aurilia stuff (you had to originally deal with him to become a Jedi in Pre-CU).

SWG originally took place between ANH/ESB. And there were many different types of Phase-II Dark Troopers. The only different variant of Phase-III was an Inquisitorium Dark Trooper, which you could find on Mustafar. SWG is actually a little bit after ESB at the moment right now, according to the game, I think. Now that they added the Battle of Hoth...unless they actually ARE at ESB.

This mod is just mainly taking inspiration from many encounters I had in SWG. I just added a back-story to it so that it could be somewhat entertaining. At least I hope it's entertaining.

Not quite right.

SWG is still predominantly between ANH and ESB.

They mentioned Hoth was just one of those "Moments in Star Wars". And honestly, its not like adding Hoth was gonna annoy continuity critics (like me) more than exciting them with new content (like me). Though it does present some *to da future* elements that may seem outta place (i.e. was the E-Web gun chronologically created in-universe before Hoth?) those can be accepted or just ignored.

I see. I just find it weird that the Rebels had access to full body armor that early in the Galactic Civil War, they were supposed to be just a group of ragtag farmers, Clone Wars militians and idealistic politicians, without a good source of equipment; and the Dark Troopers, I thought they had been discontinued by Palpatine after the Arc Hammer was destroyed and lots of money and time were lost, either that or they were still early prototypes by that time.

If it were to happen after the movies, it would make a bit more sense, since the Rebels would be the predominant government (as the New Republic) and the Empire would be just a remnant, Rebels would have access to better equipment and the Empire would be pushed to use every resource available to survive (e.g.: the Dark Troopers).

Indeed. And while yes, the ARC Hammer was destroyed, that doesn't mean the Empire still didn't experiment regarding Imperial battledroids. As far as I've read, a lot of those Dark Trooper types are actually cyborgs. Imperial soldiers (human) with cybernetic enhancements suits, but that could just be speculation. Forgot where I found that source. It's probably just rumored, and not true. There's also some saying that Imperials have some armor modeled off of Phase-II and Phase-III Dark Troopers. Phase-I types are nowhere to be seen at all.

I realize this was there:
Sate Pestage wrote:In light of the Arc Hammer fiasco, Emperor Palpatine is withdrawing all funding for the development of Imperial battle droids. I told you it would never work.
But this is also shown:
Wookieepedia wrote:In addition to major models produced in the three phases of the Dark Trooper project, a small number of other variants were created to test specialized applications for the droids.[4] One was the dark novatrooper, used to board Rebel ships. Another variant was the Triumphant-class dark trooper, some of which escorted Darth Vader during several operations in 1.5 ABY. The Inquisitorius also had their own dark trooper variant, the Inquisitorium dark trooper.[5] The purge trooper was an earlier dark trooper model, specifically designed for combat against Jedi and other Force-wielders.[6] Other variants include the Elite dark trooper and the Dark novatrooper.
Canonicity arguments aside, which will NEVER be settled, so let's leave it at that, I'm just solely going with some of what SWG has done. Not to mention that's where Karag Drakas originated from, so it's natural to take some inspirations from SWG, right? Karag also had a brother, but I'm not going into that.....

If you wanna continue the discussion, just PM me. Not the topic for such things.

Alright, awaiting then. :)

The beta version is almost done. I just need to fix missing sounds on Kashyyyk, do a bit of localization, and replace a couple weapon models and that should be about it.
