Ok so I made a new Geonosis map and I made new terrain with dimensions of "304x304". It looks fine in ZE:
The objects and terrain aren't the way they should be. Ingame:

How could I fix this?

The size of your map must be by the power of 2
2x2
4x4
8x8
16x16
32x32
64x64
128x128
256x256
512x512
1024x1024
2048x2048
4096x4096
If you dont the map will get all funky. and the objects will be missplaced.

Hehe

, I can't answer either because first: my zeroeditor doesn't work. And second, I read about what wulf said a loooong time ago so I knew that maps had to be a power of two.

To be fair the documentation states that it has to be a power of two, but nobody ever reads it.

Aha! Good to know. Now I suppose I should go make something worthwhile out of my "DDC Clan Map" that nobody particularly likes. Its terrain has this problem, that's why there's very few objects on it (cps and service droids only)

Wait a minute. My map was 256x256! What does that mean?

Um, what? Do you mind explaining chronology of this?

Nevermind, it was a power of 25
5x25
5.
If anyone can help with this problem, that will help.

I had the same problem
twice
, and unfortunately the only thing you can do is resize it and restart from scratch.
Woe to the limitations of .ter!
