I was looking forward to this, but the trailer doesn't show much in terms of graphics and game engine, only a very vague plot opening. And not a very friendly one at that. There's also some analyzing of the video done by someone out there, where there's speculation of locations, "perks," and relation to CoD4 (Infinity Ward dropped the CoD name). The expected release date is November 10th.

Well, worth the wait or not?

Well, it's a teaser, not officialy a trailer, it just gets out the fact they are making a new one.
Anyway - I think it'll be well worth the wait, Call of Duty games do not dissapoint

Totally Stoked. I'm still going to call it CoD:MW2. This and Bioshock 2 are going to be the 2 pc games I buy this year. I loved the first one. Multiplayer was top tier.

I suspect it will be worth the wait... Treyarch is supposed to be a "back-up" team, and look how great they did WaW.

I just hope they improve the AI... you can't really decide on how to go; they always know where u are. And some more modern weapons, most of the weapons are 1970-1990.

Hmm... Russians seem to be bad guys again. Hope they wont make so much spelling mistakes 'speeking' russian as they did last time (I really LOLed when i heard for the first time what they were saying, still it was an awesome game).

You sit there and wait for it for some Month?
I never wait for Games i buy them when they are released.
There are so much good Games that are out or that came out the last Month,that you should never be forced to wait for a game.
The only Game im really waiting for is SWBF-3.Think everyone here does.

But you should know that CoD Games are always great and if you like you can wait for it.

Yes, CoD games are always good, but since this isn't technically CoD, does that mean new game engine? New weapons? Teddy bears ?

I would say,that they use the same Engine like in MW1.Its the Infinity Ward Engine,which they made by their own.So it`s possible they use the Engine of MW1 but enhanced.

We all dont know what Weapons we will see or if you can cuddle with a Teddy
Hope i can use again M4A1 Grenadier.That is the coolest Weapon of all.

Actually, CoD5 refers to, generally, World at War while the new Modern Warfare was first referred to as CoD6: LINK

Keep in mind that most weapons used in "real life modern warfare" are the same weapons used in the game.
Unless you mean some of the more recent, still-in-testing-phase weapons, like the XM8.

I would love to see the XM8 in MW2. It was my favorite weapon in MSG4, besides the M4.

I play the cods on xbox live and Im not a big fan of the modern warfares because i find with most of the guns people just stand there spamming where in cod waw theres is some moving and shooting and precision aiming

I dont think theyll use such weapons like HK XM8 or FN SCAR, maybe HK416 cause Ive seen pictures of members of the 101st Airborne using them in Iraq.

As for russians, I hope there will be a russian campaign with weapons like OC-14, AN-94, AK-107, VSS, AS-VAL and a silenced PP-19.

Oh wow I can't wait for May 24th now. Just to get more info about that would be sick. From what I saw, there will be an underwater mission and a freakin snow-mobile mission. Epic Win-Sauce.

The Underwater,SnowMobile Missions looking really nice from these first Scenes.
There will be again a NightVision Helicopter Mission.Thats cool
