How about Anakin and the farmers vs Sharad Hett and the tusken raiders? Each side would have it's own little set of combatants and a hero of sorts.
Again, those are some amazing screenshots, the MagnaGuard looks quite agile in them.

Thanks everyone for all the great comments, and the suggestions for the hunt mode but I think I'll be sticking with just Tuskens and ep2 Anakin for now as my side folder is getting a bit large. Anyway, I've just completed it, and it plays pretty good with just Anakin v Tuskens. I'll update this post with some screenshots once I've improved it.
Edit: BX Droid Commando update
kinetosimpetus kindly updated his BX Droid Commando so I could have it in the map. It's much improved with new anims, combo, and vibrosword. He also added the Commando E-5 Rifle and sounds. I just changed the skin slightly with the psd that was included.

Hm, I think the commando looks extremely rusty now more than camo, (which gives me great idea for a couple new skins

) Maybe make the brown color lighter, with more yellow/less red?

I may do that once I've got the other modes finished. The only thing is, I would only want a few modes with a night sky, so I'm not sure how that would work, or I could make them all random.

I think I'm not too great at skinning, and should really read some more tutorials because everytime I tried to lighten it with a yellow color it turned to a light green, lol. I used most of the color options in gimp, but this seemed to be the best I could do. Anyway, looking forward to some rusty skins

Great! I love it! The Anakin vs. Tusken Raiders hunt mode looks awesome! Still, if you could add the sunset sky like in Episode II (example:
http://www.the-reel-mccoy.com/movies/20 ... peeder.jpg ), it could make the gameplay nicer (at least in my opinion) and give it a different feel. I can't wait to play it.

Yes, some of the Tuskens have sniper rifles.

As I'm not very good at skinning, as yet

, Kinetosimpetus did an awesome desert camo skin for his BX Droid Commando, which he kindly gave me. So here are a few pics in the new 2 Flag CTF mode, which will be for the CW, GCW and DTII eras.
Edit 2: Hunt mode update. I've done two night skies for hunt mode, both with the same skydome but with different lighting effects. I may just keep both and make them random, or I could take one out, and only use the other depending on what people would prefer. I'm not planning to have the night skies in any other mode but when I release a beta, and people would like to see them in a few different modes, I might use them for CTF or hero assault.

Well, I was actually thinking of adding sky like the one on Bespin: Cloud City to Conquest, but well, I could be a bit more clear. However, the sky which you have added to the Hunt mode (I believe it's from BF2 Naboo) fits Anakin vs. Tuskens perfectly! Great job!

That's nice , but for me the night ones are too bright , the ground should be more dark , and the units too .

Can't really fix that....ground isn't affected by lighting except on high quality lighting, which also tends to makes ground colour much darker under most lighting.
