I think I might up the anty. The winner will get 1mb on shadowlan to permanently display his or her avatars (At least until I can't afford shadowlan anymore, but that I doubt anytime in the near future).

If you're not sure how to make it smaller then just go ahead and upload it as an avatar and mention that your avatar is the entry. It's not a huge issue, but I want to avoid people posting avatar pictures that are significantly bigger than actual avatars, because anyone who makes a larger picture has a chance to put in more detail than someone who simply makes an avatar-sized picture. So - just for future reference.
