FX Effects with Particle Editor

Hey,
i have a new question, :D :
I have read the tutorial for creating a new particle effect.
I build a little cube, with the hp_exhaust, give him a texture, flag all of his polygons,
export it, munge it, copy the files to my PE munged folder, open PE, import the raw mesh, all is ok. But then, there isn't my mesh, or better I can't see it. I tried to use the mesh, without flagging the polygons, but I can't see it anytime, what is my fault?
