If someone links me to the old skin I can remake it for phpBB3, or even make a new skin for the site.

Plenty of HTML, CSS and PS knowledge along with making website templates, skins/themes for MyBB, phpBB2 and 3, and IPB 2.x

EDIT 2: Blargh, Guest permissions are fudged, need to be registered to choose a non-default skin. Temp forum with the skin on it and some topic examples.
