Not to be a pest, but there's a typo in it. It should be eggman011 (you have eggman001). Thanks for adding me, though.

Is there a Hex-edit that makes the Shock troopers on Coruscant and mustafar but with no changes aside from skins, so i could use it online? I would make it my self but my dad wiped the comp so mod tools went poof.

You don't need the Mod Tools to make a Hex-Edit mod. You edit the games Mission.lvl and here's a tutorial on how to do it.

I uploaded it in the Past to my FF Account but its gone from there and i dont have the File anymore.
But i remember,that that i First uploaded it to FF (not to my Account).The Link was posted before in the -Classic Maps- Option on Page 1 First Post.But after putting it to my Account i removed the old link from there.But could be possible that this old Link still works.if no one here has it save on HD,its gone.
