[Q] Locals spawn at controlled CP

Hi,

i just asked my selfe if there is a way to have locals at every planet. I saw at the FAQ Thread that this needs an Zero edit for each map to add more spawnpoints. So the locals i think of are friends of the republic. So is it possible to let them spawn at all cps controlled by the republic??

If you are willing to use Zero Editor to do this, load up a map, go into whichever layer the command posts are stored, select a CP, copy the contents of "SpawnPath" and paste it into "AllyPath"; repeat this process for each map and CP.

If you do not wish to use Zero Editor (or you don't want to munge the stock maps), put SetProperty("cpName", "AllyPath", "cpSpawnPathName") at the end of your LUA's ScriptPostLoad() function; replace cpName with the name of the CP, and replace cpSpawnPathName with the name of that CP's spawn path; repeat this process with each map and CP.

If you cannot run Zero Editor and you need to find the names of the CPs and their spawn paths, go into the map's appropriate PTH files located in the world1/world2/world3 folder.
