Well put. And a lot of documentation is confusing, not in that its complicated, but its a lot to grasp at once.

If you take Mercury's advice and go bit by bit, taking each step mentioned in the documentation one at a time, your more likely to understand.

Once you get used the the engine, and have a bit of experience, things flow a bit better, and you wont have to spend so much time searching. You will recognize what types of errors cause what, and where to look based off say, the type of crash.

Off-Topic: Sorry its taken so long for me to respond. Ive been really busy. Not saying you dont, but I've got a big life apart from Battlefront 2, and my personal friends take presidence.

On-Topic: Anyhow, I've got it working. One thing that must be noted is the jettrooper msh does not support override texture. That means that you must replace the actual ep3 jettrooper skin with yours, you cant make a new one. (That is, unless you hex edit the msh to call for your skin..but lets not get into that)

Just to show you what it looks, and that I actually got it ingame, heres a short vid (looks pretty good ingame to be honest. I suggest using the sharpening filter, along with the shadow/highlight tool to give it more detail. And once you're happy, try using the brightness/contrast tool, and up the contrast just a tad to give it more depth, seeing as how its black for the most part)

Once I get the tutorial written up on how I did this, ill send you the new spa side for you to use for yourself.
