That might be because I was running the server off of our desktop last night and someone closed it down while I was at work last night. Server's up on my laptop now, lol, so it should be fine, though I won't be able to do much else on it.

On a side note, I upgraded the Bukkit.bat to allocate 2GB RAM to the server. If you thought the server ran smoothly earlier...

THanks for the RAM update. The server was running really smoothly before what I assume was a crash. Hope you get it all patched up soon!

Thanks for hosting the server, by the way, it's really convenient, and it's great to get the GT folks together in a single place.

Okay, server's back up. My ISP had a system failure (lost my phone and cable service at the exact same time, too), but we're good now.

Also, I had to roll back to 1.5GB RAM (what I had originally) because 2GB was apparently too much for my computer to handle. This means we're gonna have to watch what plugins we add until guru can possibly set up a dedicated for us.

Plugins I'm looking into:
- Auto-restart (need, so we don't pass the 1.5 GB RAM halfway through the day)
- Remote console (possible need to control server from my laptop while at school)
- Custom drops (Fluffy's request. Make glowstone blocks drop whole glowstone blocks instead of a single piece of dust)
- War (PVP plugin. Better than Factions, IMO. http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/mech-f ... f-493.250/)

Huh, war sounds very interesting. Will anyone be able to make arenas for it? That seems like one of the most interesting parts for me.

If I do go ahead and get the War plugin, I'll be creating a separate normal world (without animals or mobs), then all one would have to do is ask for permissions to create warzones. I'll happily give them to you guys. Of course, this will probably be after I create a couple warzones, myself, and we test them out.

Mighta been a minecraft.net thing, their site's been going down rather frequently as of late.

Just did large amounts of damage control after Xavious burned down a forest lol.
It seems like I do a lot of the damage control. Such as floating trees. GUHH I strongly dislike those.

Ugh. I haven't been able to get on for a substantial amount of time for a while now.

LWC doesn't seem to be working for doors currently... I could open dohnutt's locked doors and he could mine. Chests are working however.

Any progress on the war mod?

LWC's just being a big pain in the [Diet Dr. Pepper]...
I'll see what I can do.

As for the war mod, I'm trying to look into how much it might increase server RAM usage, doing some testing and whatnot. I might implement it later this week.
