Tighter Flyer Turning

So I have a section of a flyer ODF here that I believe controls the turn rate and the tightness that the vehicle turns at. I just don't know which lines exactly I am supposed to edit for it to work properly. These are the suspects out of my flyer ODF.
PitchRate = 1.25
PitchFilter = 6.0
PitchFilterDecel = 6.0
PitchBuildupMultiplier = 1.0
TurnRate = 1.25
TurnFilter = 6.0
TurnFilterDecel = 6.0
TurnBuildupMultiplier = 1.0

BankAngle = 0.8
BankFilter = 3.5
LevelFilter = 1.5
LevelFilterLanding = 5.0 // LevelFilter for landing
RollRate = 3.15

PCPitchRate = 15.0
PCSpinRate = 15.0
PCTurnRate = 25.0
PS: I'm not gonna be here for a few days (going to Steamtown in Pennsylvania to see trains).

Okay, turnrate is the major one here. The others for the most part just affect how the turn acts, not how sharp or fast it is. Pitchrate is how fast it moves along it's pitch, the y axis I believe, vertical. Turn rate is horizontally, from the perspective of the flyer. The banking values are how much it tilts to the side when turning, does it do a turn like a car, very little tilting to one side, or doesn it do a turn like a jetplane, wing turns donw on the side of the turn. The higher the value, the more the tilt/bank. I do not know how the filters affect it, sorry about that, but I hope this helps you.

Yes the main one you want to deal with is TurnRate. Try increasing it. (I think I saw somewhere that 3.25 was the max for turning with the mouse? not sure though)
