On KotOR 2 i've been trying to get the console codes work, but when I press "~", nothing happens. And no, it isn't because I haven't changed the swkotor2.ini file, nor is it a failure to see the command line.

This is what my swkotor2.ini file looks like now: any ideas?

BTW I have Vista

The cheat console isn't visible. You can use it just the same as the one in KotOR I, but you just can't see what you're typing.

just tried that, and it switched the menu around a lot, cause i was typing shortcut keys, then no item spawned

i had this problem too with KotOR, but i found the solution. after changing the file, in the main folder, there should be a tab up top that says "compatibility files" or something. hit that and you should see the swkotor2.ini file. add "EnableCheats=1" (no quotes) under Game Options there, and click save, etc. it should work then. to be safe, i put EnableCheats=1 under all the other stuff in Game Options.
