Need New Games

Recently I've been getting tired of the games I've been playing and I want to get some new ones but not sure what to get. I like shooter games (FPS's are fine) and ones that have good multiplayer (a lot people on at the same time).
Any suggestions?

It would be helpful if you could post what you already have/don't want

Team Fortress 2 fits those specifications well, and is pretty easy to get into.
Plus it has a ton of replay value (For a multiplayer game that is).

Well, CrossFire is a pretty fun game. It's a free-to-play Multiplayer shooter. I started playing it mainly because of the Ghost Mode gametype.
Medieval II: Total War is a recent acquisition of mine. It's a turn-based Real-Time Strategy game, and I think I'm in love with it. The Custom Battle mode is just as fun as the Grand Campaign. I'm looking into the expansion pack for it, Kingdoms, to get the America campaign. You can probably pick it up on Steam or something cheap; I got it for $10 at a GameStop.
Freelancer is a free-roaming space simulator game. It has incredible modding capability, and I wouldn't doubt it if you said you turned your ship into a giant rubber chicken. The multiplayer servers went down some time ago, though you can Google up a Global Workaround Mod to be able to play multi, turning it into something akin to an MMORPG. It also has tons of content that'll keep you busy even after you complete the story.

You did say you had the JK series, could always give that another chance. Call of Duty would be a good shooter, as is the Battlefield series (I personally hate the latter, but everyone else seems to love it).

Here's the list:
SWBF2
BF2142
Empire Total War
Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy 1 & 2
Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X
(those are just for my PC alone and not my 360)

Get Battlefield 2 if you like 2142. The vanilla has more singleplayer features than 2142, and while the UI is a bit outdated, the gameplay makes up for it. Project Reality mod really brings out the best of the vanilla game while adding much more realistic gameplay to the game and high def textures.
You can get 2 and all the expansions in one box for about $30 at Best Buy.
Also look at Call of Duty 2, its rated T, and IMO was the height of singleplayer gameplay and storyline for the CoD series. The highest level graphics for the game way surpass Battlefront's, and compete with Battlefields. You can also pick up a mod for the game that replaces almost all of the textures with HD textures and makes the game look as good as CoD 4 or anything else in the series. Its about $20 at Best Buy.
Two great FPS games at ridiculously low prices.

You know, the only problem w/ that is I already have the game I just forgot to put in the list.

...That's why I said '+1' ... that usually means that your agreeing with another person's statement.
PR is a great mod if you don't mind getting a kill maybe once every hour and sitting around for ten+ minutes.
I personally love it in contrast to all the high-speed no-skill FPS floating around...

Agreed, Project Reality is a great mod. I'm not a realism freak, realism is not all that important for me, but I really like PR because of the players and the cooperative gameplay. It's a bit slower than vanilla BF2, that's true, but you can still have plenty of fun with it (just don't forget to read the manual).
Team Fortress 2 is also a great game, I've been playing it like crazy ever since I got it.

Sounds like Project Reality is a really big hit. Once I reinstall BF2 and install PR anyone wanna play a couple rounds?
EDIT:
I've tried to download the mod from the modb website (which is one of the places it directs me to download) and each time it finishes I get an error saying "File is corrupt". Anyone know where I can download a clean version of it? Thanks.

PR ingame name same as here.
PR has quite a bit of a learning curve and a mike is almost a MUST, as the level of teamwork required to get anything done (as designed so by the developers) is insane. But, I like it.
A few tips for you:
-Most severs will kick you if you don't join a squad within 60 seconds.
-Every single weapon except for the SAW and it's equivalents are useless on auto, as the blow-back factor has been amped up to 'realistic' settings.
-The DMR and SAW have two different modes - one being without the bipod deployed and one with. Since both weapons should be fired from a crouch or prone position, staying in the second-bipod-deployed mode is recommended.
-Don't fly aircraft until you have got the hang of it on a training server. They are more difficult than vanilla BF2 by a factor of ten, and require at minimum a joystick.
-Stick with the default kit for a while - it's got all the basic equipment shared by all kits.
-Press 9 to get a field bandage, all units have one but it doesn't show up in the menu.
-Have fun!

Auto is not useless, it's good for those times when you are actually close to the enemy or fighting indoors. I'd reccommend you use it just as you would use a shotgun.

I can do it easily with my mouse. But yeah, I agree with ecko, you should learn how to land the plane, that is an essential skill for pilots in this game. Helicopters are a good alternative if you want to go airborne, just remember that you must slow down a little before trying to use the "A" and "D" keys to turn around.
ecko_66 wrote:-Press 9 to get a field bandage, all units have one but it doesn't show up in the menu.
You can also bind the 9th weapon slot to a key closer to your left hand, such as "X" to make it easy and quick to grab a bandage. This can save your life.
I would love to join you guys, but I can't, I would probably experience some serious lag if I joined an american server... and I probably have an accent, so it would be kinda difficult for me to communicate properly.
