In a few days (8) new maps will be released for the public in our newest mappack 2 release , to enjoy the hot new title maps being made from Eddie, Rends and anyone else interesed in being showcased within the pack, which will be released on many websites and receive huge exposure.

If you have made a non-beta map and want to be considered / added please let me know in this forum post, or email [email protected] there are currently 7 maps already in this mappack. We plan to offer 8 in this release. More details will be posted in this thread as map final names and file have been received. Also please add a mapfile to your map so they work on dedicated servers :

Actually, my map's version is 1.11, not 1.1. But, don't release this pack yet, as I must make a new version. The crashing still occurs. Expect the 1.2 version to be released soon this week. Hopefully, I'll figure out the problem. Probably just an overload, as you can see all of the map...this version will hopefully be released today!!

Guru edit : I will wait to release the pack when you feel the map is complete. Keep me posted via here or pm, thanks,

guru

We are holding off putting anything out right now, giving time to those who wish to add sounds to their maps and making any updates to include the dedicated server map info files which are required to run on MP dedicated servers. I imagine about a week or so by then there may be over 10 maps.

Guru - do I have time for a couple updates? I thought I had fixed any floating objects, but I recently noticed like 3 floaters that I wouldn't mind grounding. That's all I would have to update though.

Make sure you have a mapinfo file in your maps! If you dont know what that is , here is the info on them , which allows maps to get played on dedicated ( which is a large point to the mappack).

Mapinfo : http://www.gametoast.com/index.php?name ... opic&t=322

If you dont have this in your zip, make it so.... send all your maps to me at [email protected] with any informtion you want to include with them.

Ill be final checking all the maps tonight, look for mappack 2 just after. Thanks everyone , your maps were great to test out and should be a welcome mappack for all the swbf fans, everywhere!
