BuffOffenseMult, BuffDefenseMult, odf codes

Ok, so lately I was experimenting with force power ideas, one of which was to create a emitterordnance for the light side to create defence for all nearby heroes, and offense for the dark side.

This all worked fine and dandy, until I realized of how little impact the data I had implimented had turned out to be.

Upon trying a 50.0 for offense buff, it didnt increase the damage output of my sabres, and my defence setting wasn't helping mitigate as well.

I tried bumping up to 200, then 2000.

Neither settings worked so I tried looking at invuln ord, to see how invulnerable buff worked, and that sort of works out for the defence. but how do I make the offense buff work properly for my sabre wielding sith? more to the point how do I set a Mult to deal more damage then humanly-possibly needed? I'd be willing to work on Lua coding if anyone had alternative solutions involving lua to work the powers.
