I voted. I'll try to make a banner or something for it. Also, can you vote more than once? For example, once every 24 hours or something along those lines?

Congratz guys! Thanks to Mav, Tean and everyone else that helped out with the Convo Pack. Its an awesome mod and it completely deserve's to be in the MotY Top 100. I'll make sure that everyone that I know votes for it

We don't know yet. (Although you can go to the site and see, just as well as I could.) The final results don't get posted until the end of the month, and staff picks are supposed to be announced leading up to that (there have been no staff picks made so far).
