t3tine, for customizing skins your best bet is to use Adobe Photoshop, as it has many filters that you can use. You can't download it (you said install, but I think you mean download), as you have to purchase it.
DarthDeathRow, I love that Droideka, although it looks a bit green in places.

You can get the trial version of photoshop here:

Go to
Try now (win) in the top-right corner. You have to register if you want to download it.
About how to put your skins in game, see the tutorial made by Squirrel7Hunter/busterkinkade on page twenty-four.

Gabriel, that skin freakin' ROCKS! Someone making a Cato neimoidia map could ave Neimoidian soldiers as one of the teams.I'd try it for you if you could post the .tga.

Stuff like sendfile would maybe be a bit much...You could also put it in a zip and try posting it as an attachment somewhere, or email it to me at the address in my profile.

You don't need to post the .tga, just download and use save as in gimp.
I'll post screens of it in game in a minute.

well, here he is. Ya, he's beautiful
I'd maybe change the leg color a bit though. Just a bit lighter or more pinkish grey.
Just my opinion.
Here's one of mine. THe 501st dark trooper.
I've worked on making him darker and more war torn.
What do you think?
And here's one of JK514's that I touched up and blended a bit. (commander Argo, the fan made one
)
and here's my other version
As a final note, I really dislike the stormtrooper model, so I won't be doing much on it.
