I have placed hoth tunnels in my map, and they are not terrain cutters! how am i supposed to have tunnels going though a hill if the tunnels are not terrain cutters! is this supposed to be this way? how can i get this to work? ty in advance.

I've used the Hoth tunnels a lot. What I do is I put'm down and make sure all the entrances and exits are placed and then put in the items that are going to be in the tunnels, then I just raise the terrian over it. You can only get to them by going through a terrain-cutting entrance like the bunker.

Where is Rippen? I haven't seen him in a while, and I need his sky texture from Ord Mantell.

I didn't tried what you said about the hoth tunnels, but i think you are in lord (GT)EraOfDesann. But how to do it with the house of luke skywalker in tatooine map (tat1_bldg_moisturefarm)????
Because I tried a lot of times but I can't put the house on the field without let halls on the filed arround the house. You know what i mean?

Yeah, I couldn't get Luke's home to go underground either in my Party Map. I'm not sure if it's a terrain cutter. Rends seemed to get it working in his old Jundland Wastes map.

Those tunnels were Hoth tunnels. Look through them and find something that says white_light or something around those lines and change it to the file red_light or something. Thats what he did.
