so arc we can expect a cleaner v2 in a week or so or will it be a 2.1??? also on maps that have uber already. xtreme mod doesnt owrk for example endor uses conversion pack stuff because it has uber already.. so i think it shoud be renamed to bfx so it wont conflict with existing uber.

he has to solve many bugs etc.
or do you want a bugged final version?

I just added the lines for multiplayer in the addme.lua. I copied all the single-player lines, and changed "AddNewGameModes(sp_missionselect_listbox_contents ..." to "AddNewGameModes(mp_missionselect_listbox_contents ..." Hopefully, this is correct. I'll check with a more experienced modder.
After realizing how severely unbalanced Utapau was after merely changing the team's positions, I have discovered that the Republic and Empire are actually weaker overall than the CIS and Alliance, so I'm working on that. Simple health-changes usually fix that sort of thing, although I may make the Empire's carbine fire faster.
Okay, I know why Endor loads Conversion Pack units. Originally, when I set up the mod to only do Uber mode, I encountered the same problem. I hex-edited the addme.script inside the Conversion Pack folder to not affect Endor. I may have done something to Kashyyyk too, do the units load on Kashyyyk when Conversion Pack is installed?
I'll include the hex-edited Convo Pack addme.script in the next version, which will be version 2.1. Let's just say that someone hacked my computer and Gametoast account, and obtained and released an incomplete version of BFX, while I was... I dunno... doing missionary work in Africa.

yes kasyhkk uses the conversion pack stuff because the conversion pack uber on kashykk crashes .. and it crashes on v2 so it does use conv pack
EDIT:BTW will 2.1 use a better install method?? going to sleep so ill see you reply tommorow

Uber mode does use
BFX sides (both CW and GCW) where as
XL mode uses the
Conversion Pack sides (CW only). Currently, Kashyyyk XL will crash with a FATAL after loading.
Anyways great work,
ARC_Commander. This mod was tons of fun. The only bugs I found and could name off the top of my head are:
- Royal Guard is unlocalize.
- Geonosis Uber crashes with a FATAL.
I look forward to seeing the BFX Era later on.

ill try kasyhkk again and yes geo crashes with fatal

thats strange... geonosis works fine for me and i have the bfx sides on kashyyyk, but when kashyyyk is loaded it takes some time until the sides selection screen shows up, but there are no such lags on other maps and after i select the side it doesnt lag on kashyyyk too

I just looked through the Convo Pack addme.script. The only maps it adds Uber to are Endor and Utapau. Don't know why Kashyyyk XL would get a CTD, I haven't touched it.

no XL vcrashes on kasyhkk even without bfx uber is whats crashing for me... geo doesnt crash for me btw

The Conversion Pack is what is causing Kashyyk XL to crash by the way. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.
