Off-topic : Although the current Amount of GameToast members willing to take part in the Tournament you have talked about along this thread, I prefer putting it into a Sticky in order to make sure that your chances to gather as many local Users still owning and playing Star Wars Battlefront as possible would be enhanced, since I am equally among those keeping to consider this LucasArts® video-game as being comparable to its latest Sequel, no matter whether one of the concerned Pandemic Studios® Product is way far from being as much recent as the other...

Well thank you Leviathan. I hope I get a reasonable number of people here.

Off-topic : I equally hope that it will be the case, but fortunately, according to what I may have read and remarked by browsing GameToast Forums and other Message-Boards partly or even entirely dedicated towards video-games belonging to the Star Wars Battlefront Series, it seems that a few members keep considering the first ot its Titles as being much more enjoyable and convincing than Star Wars Battlefront II, which should possibly make the concerned Tournament even more Popular and Recognized towards those learning about this Event...

I downloaded some of the maps, and they were in rar fromat, what do I do with them?

Off topic: Jedikiller, do u only have BF1?

WinRAR. Google it and you'll find it.
And yes, I do. I have a Mac.

Off-topic : Although RAR Archives have been firstly introduced and become somewhat appreciated at the same time than RARLAB© WinRAR's Public Release, we mustn't forget the existence of Alternate Compression Utilities being able to generate and modify files exploiting the concerned Specialized Algorithm, such as ConeXware® PowerArchiver, 7-Zip, PentaWare® PentaZip or even ZipGenius, which have been almost all developped in order to manage more decently other Archiving Formats, whereas it is currently way far from being the case for the Program you have recommended earlier, jedikiller32...

Off-topic : By browsing the Location you have directed interested and disposed GameToast members willing to take part in the concerned Star Wars Battlefront's Exceptional Tournament towards, I have somewhat unexpectedly remarked that you had been set up as one member affiliated to the Staff in charge of this web-site, and thanks to this Privileged Situation, I assume you must own a certain Knowledge of the Overall Subjects dealt with the threads created onto the Star Wars Battlefront GameRanger Central's Bulletin-Board. If so, then I would not mind obtaining an Approximate Estimate of the Amount of local Users wanting to learn how to modify the targetted LucasArts® Product...

No, the PC users play the Mac users.
Leviathan, I think that about 25% of the community wants to know how to make mods. I try to help them as much as I can, but I would never have been able too if it weren't for you.
I am however not the administrator of the site, just the board. I help out with the site though.

Off-topic : Alright, thanks for having submitted me the Statistical Informations I needed to obtain, but now we have both talked about this Community gathering Owners of the Apple® Mac OS Variant of Star Wars Battlefront, I was wondering whether you have ever heard about persons affiliated to this same Location who would have attempted to launch and exploit Microsoft® Windows Applications through the use of a Specialized Software comparable to Microsoft® Virtual PC, which can be ordered and got thanks to this Apple Computer® web-page, in case you would be eventually convinced of this Emulation Platform's Interests...

I don't think any of us want to really, as I don't know about its game-playing abilites.

Off-topic : Actually, the Microsoft® Software I have quoted as sample inside my previous message is probably the last Bastion and Workaround of Apple® Mac OS Users willing to install and launch the Executables shipped with both Star Wars Battlefront Modification Tools and even Star Wars Battlefront II, which might sooner or later tempt one of the concerned persons to get its hands down on such an Emulation Program although the Success Rate may be far from reaching the 100% any of them could aspire to...
