Have Image in backround of XSI? [Solved]

Is it possible to have like a back round image in XSI to go off of. Almost like a blue print.If possible how?
Where you select the type of view (wireframe .etc) go to the bottom to rotoscopy options
Choose your image like you would a skin (must be a tga) and click enable rotoscopy
It only works in Front, Side and Top, I'm not sure about User
