Is there anyway that I can make the CIS space box turret thing target only flying starfighters

I'm assuming that this is for a ground map, and turrets can be given limited plain of movement, the best thing would be to point the turret at the sky, and stop it from lowering bellow a 45 degree angle above the anchor point.
