Desaturate the colors about 15-20%, because right now its a neon color and it bugs my eyes, and you can't tell where his skin ends and the jumpsuit starts.

yes its the models fault but its the skinners job to cover up that fault with good skins and saturation, as per rogues suggestion which i believe to be a very valid one.
i also think the skin is way too yellow. (the trando's skin)you posted a reference pic and many colors that are on your skin aren't very close to the colors on the pic that you're mimicking. don't mean to sound harsh, but dont post stuff if you dont want feedback

The skin is pretty nice and great for a first skin. But in the Star Wars Galaxy, they
did not use English. It was something called aurebesh or something.
Anyways, for the skin, you should...
- take out the words and/or put a design in for it
- put some more red in areas
- put some more designs on his legs
- bright, vivid blue is not a great color for a visor. Maybe
a lighter, or green shaded blue would be better.
Make sure you add more blue if you're gonna keep the visor blue,
and if you're gonna make the visor green add more green, etc. etc.

Ok, I just scrapped the blue skin thing, because I had forgotten to use layers.

This is my "new first" skin WIP;
Any comments and/or suggestions are more than welcome.

Nice work; that is a creative use of a preexisting model and a good retexture.
