1 . I would like more music playing.
my lua looks like this -
SetAmbientMusic(REP, 1.0, "rep_nab_amb_start", 0,1);
SetAmbientMusic(REP, 0.99, "rep_nab_amb_middle", 1,1);
SetAmbientMusic(REP, 0.1,"rep_nab_amb_end", 2,1);
SetAmbientMusic(CIS, 1.0, "cis_nab_amb_start", 0,1);
SetAmbientMusic(CIS, 0.99, "cis_nab_amb_middle", 1,1);
SetAmbientMusic(CIS, 0.1,"cis_nab_amb_end", 2,1);
im guessin its to do with the numbers but im not sure . (i would love to have a certain piece of music played more often - im not sure the name but its played alot when obi and qui gon are fighting darth maul ...im not sure if its in the game tho)
2. is there any Gungan music by any chance ? as im not playing reps vs cis its gungans vs cis .
3. How do i go about making my trees work like the trees in naboo plains ? ....in naboo plains they seem to change in appearance when there far away (guessing lowres) whereas in my map the trees dont change and its causing objects to flicker and generally lag my map out.

5. anyway to add gungan notices? like ' we are depleted their resourses " ( at the moment i have the republic guy speaking and it doesnt quite sound right ) im guessin this isnt possible.
6 . Iv givin some gungans the rep_weap_inf_sniperrifle but when a gungan is using it there is no sniper rifle in its hands . how do i go about correcting this?

ok
when you say about the sniper rifle .....the cis _weap_inf_rifle works perfectly as does the torpedo launchers etc ....its just the sniper rifle .....it works in first person mode ...but its invisible in 3rd person mode.
i have already made a new gungan side following your tutorial on your website.

1. im lookin to make the MTT's not usable/moveable . i basically want them to act as destroyable CP's that are set in 1 position and cant be entered. is this possible? (i take it i have to strip the MTT's ODF. file but i dont know which parts to take out )

2. Fambaa shields ....hmmm ....i have the fambaa shield working but only because iv increased the turn-off time to a massive amount. The thing is when a Fambaa is destroyed the shield should disapear , but, cos my turn off time is so big when a Fambaa is destroyed the Shield remains

3. An0ther Fambaa shield problem is making it actually act like a shield .....i dont mind infantry lasers getting thro but i dont want it to allow the AAT's to enter (i dont mind the AAT's lasers getting thro tho') to stop people spawn raping.
Also ,
4. Can i change weapon names?. I want to change the name of the grenade the Gungan is using .....at the moment in the spawn select screen it has it down as Emp Grenade .....and want to change it to Booma (thats what the gungans call those blue grenades in the film)
Also,
5. i want to take the recon droid off the CIS sniper .....is there anyway i can do this without creating a CIS Side in my mods Side folder ?

config files? the fambaa was only used in the hisotical single player game but all i can find for that is the mission luas

right , iv got the shield to work better but it stops all lasers from passing thro. i would like everything to get thro apart from the AAT's lasers .

yea but before i enabled the shields to disapear when the fambaa got destroyed (the shields used to just be there permanantly even when a fambaa was destroyed) the shield allowed lasers to pass.

Iv just started a new map (512x512) but if i run (in any direction) towards the edge of the map ,once i get so far out , i die .
if i get in an xwing i can fly right out to the edge but if i get out of the xwing i die straight away.
I think i remember you mentioning something about the map wrapping round but i cant find the post that you did.
how would i correct this problem? i need the map to be large by the way.

iv found a quote from you on your site .....i would like to ask you a question regarding this map size/ dieing problem .
"I've made maps as big as 1024 x 1024 and have gone as close to the edge as 40 meters. You have to stay away from the edge where it starts to wrap around, and this can be seen by painting the terrain in edit color mode and watching for when the paint wraps. The problem is when you get into the wrapping zone the game cannot calculate terrain corrdinates. It's teh same as if you tried to spawn on top of a hole in the terrain made by a terrain cutter. You just have to find the edge of playable space and move the spawn points in until they can spawn. If you change teh grid size it will also probably change how close to edge you can get too."

does the size of a map you can make depend on your sytem specs or something ? cos in my map (size of 512x512 ) i dont even get half way to the edge before dieing (i put my cp's dead centre) let alone 40 meters.
