Well im glad to see your name again in this forum Xwingguy just like Protector_Pulch i thought you would die or something but i'm really looking forward to this cause this map has been going on since march or april (sorry for my bad month knowledge but im belgian so ) and i know that its VERY much that your working on. As far as i know you broke like almost all rules of modding for swbf2. Well im wondering if you got something else on your mind that your going to put in the map or something you gonna drop cause im very very curious. Those screenies are a good way of doing this. I know that you have school to worry about and all those things you have in your life but (and now i'm speaking for all of us i think) we are sitting on the top of our toes and if you were to cancel this map we would get a hart attack and then cry till next month.

If you ever did want a millenium falcon may a suggest using the .msh file of the falcon from the shipped hoth game, of course there would be no real weapons on it and therefore not a very good vehicle to pilot but I suppose you could just make it go on pilotself and fly around the map, to give the game a "movie feel" to it.

Well, it's probably too late, but as I was telling my friend about this, I thought, hmmm, maybe there should be guys with life support on themselves, so, if it's not to much to take in my suggestion. Give the pilot or marine, or whatever "AddHealth" that the amount the the death of the life support damage does to you. so therefore, at least one unit could survive running around the ship with the critical system destroyed. That might have been hard to understand, and if so, hit me. jk.

i think having a millenium falcon would improve the quality of the map
BUT it would add to all the other stuff that Wing would have to do, i know

I falcon doesnt have any useable pionts for weapons, engines effects or anything else. So it would look pretty stupid. If someone edited some hard points on it in XSI then all the necessary things would be possible.
He should atleast add it the rebel hanger.

Well. I think actually it'd look good. Just two gunner positions, pilot, a few passengers. It could act like a shuttle in the map if it can. But I would LOVE to see it fly around!

id be willing to add some hard points to it. Thats no problem. If I knew what to name them all i could do it in five minutes tops.

Theres just two problems though:
1) I dont have the millenium falcon model
and
2) I dont know if XWG even wants my help. Hes been pretty determined to go it alone this entire time and I dont think hes gonna suddenly stop right now just for me.

Personally I think he might just be sick of the map, after you work on something for long enough, no matter how cool it is, you are bound to get sick of workling on it, especially if you are doing it all by yourself. I cant say for sure that this is what happened to XWG, in fact it might be the exact opposite but if he is sick of it i can certainly understand why.

xwingguy sent me a PM. Soming it up he wishes u guys will be patient. He his busy and his helpers r busy as well.

I dunno, it was in one of those Han Solo before Episode IV books. I remember that at the time it made sense...

I think it's because he basically took his own route through the maw and went really close to the black holes. Sped him up and reduced the distance.

Anyways, I agree that the falcon as a shuttle would be pretty win. Since you've got the hard points offered to ya, Xwing, why not take his offer?

And if not as a shuttle but just as a ship? Awesome as well.

All this talk about a Millenium Falcon came from a suggestion and now people are asking if he confirmed that it's being used in the map?

It almost seems that the whole last page was a suggestion out of control...

I think XWG probably has enough on his plate for now, lets just wait for an update rather than depicting things that have not yet been announced/decided

On the first page in the part I forum, he said he would try to put the millineum flacon so I am sure if he was given the offer of a comple falcon, he wouldn't decline. And if he did, there are a lot of other ppl who would like to use it in their own maps also.

Have yoyam and a few other ppl who know what they're doing work on it.
