Pop Up on Node creation misses subd etc settings

The image explains everything. The cube is newly created, no points pushed/pulled, whatever yet. Cylinders/spheres etc are the same. Appears on new/other scenes, too.
Any idea?

Preferences/ interaction and it is one of the settings in there.

Yeah, i know that one. I have a pop-up, buts there are no settings, just the name, no subd settings etc. I played around with the pop up settings after it occurred, nothing changed(had all the same settings like you). I didnt change anything from yesterday to today(yesterday was fine). I found nothing over google, but i didnt search really long. Might do a longer search later.
edit: Somewhat solved, running the runonce.bat solved it. It was caused by one scene...
