Ahh i see, is there anything similar that has a completed T-21 and MG-15 along with their respective ODFs?

Not quite right. Warlord28 used both textures and models from that mod and claimed them as his own original work.

Guys, I downloaded TCW Clone trooper, by ANDEWEGET, However, the skin does not seem to be connected to the Model, It does not show up on the model. I have decompossed, recommposed, and removed the Alpha Layer, but it still does not work... Any Help?

This can be fixed with simple hex editing by changing psd to tga in the msh file, if you can't do it on your own then use THIS one. Also beware of the 2048x2048 16MB texture included for this model, you'll probably want to scale down the image to reduce file size if you use several different versions of this unit.

Bao-Dur assets were released, but only during few times, then Teancum didn't want to reupload it...

The model is stock, the skin was made by The_Emperor if I my memory is good.

I think he means the (red) clone shocktroopers skin for the normal trooper, heavy/bacara and sniper/airborne.

Meh, probably. If that's the case, then there are some Clone Shock Trooper skins in Satti's Clone Skin Pack and the Conversion Pack Infantry side assets.
