Extended War Mod - Beta Testing Space Soon, See P2

General Info (What it Does):
-Adds 'XCW' era to all stock land maps (conquest on all except geonosis (hunt only)).
-Adds several custom maps, with XCW sides, convo pack KOTOR sides and custom Clone Wars sides (see maps section below).
If your interested in the sides, get Kadrala v2/Sraiden v1. XCW sides are pretty much identical to kad/sra gcw ones. Cw sides pretty similar to kadrala cw ones. KOTOR sides = convo pack ones.

1) I'd choose the first one. If you can name somewhere where you've already seen it, its probably not the best idea. Repetition is good in books, not in gameplay.

He mentions the EMP pistol because it was in his other maps.

I'd go with the EMP pistol, but I'm saying that mostly since it's the weapon you gave my unit. As for the Arena map, I wouldn't mind it being included.

Small update:
Due to 1.3 patch allowing 5 eras, and the recent release of BFX 2.2 (if you include its two eras + basic eras + KOTOR = 5, most people will have both of these mods/expansions) and almost all XCW scripts being conquest only, XCW is now added to stock ground maps as a mode: 'XCW Conquest' (uses xcw icon), as well as 'XCW XL' and 'XCW hunt' to a couple of maps.

a couple of questions:
1) are you going to re-release Kadrala, since it is with mygeeto XCW right now?
2) are you going to give a cloak to the emperor, he looks kinda odd without his cloak?
3) are you going to change standard unit's skins/models, like shock troopers (the model not the skin), nova troopers or evo troopers instead of normal storm troopers and heavy troppers and then change the skins of other units to fit the whole side (for example storm commando instead of scout trooper if you used nova troopers)

@ Everyone: Yet another Update:
Maloss: Wasteland [New Map] (by me) (does not resemble Maloss pic in glam thread at all) (inspired mostly by Xavious's Xagobah map)
- A rainswept, wreckage strewn wasteland, with a ruined temple nearby and an underground base. Think Jabbim but darker and with more lightning. Screens in next day or two. Clone legion either 287th or Fiodis's 'aqua' one.
Cyanus Prime: Kaadu Ranch (replaces valley) (partly by Eggman, partly by me)
- It was just too boring running across a plain field for ages only to get blasted by a hailfire. So now its a little different - less vehicles, more trees (not pine trees though), pools of water, rocks, less forests - and of course, wild kaadu running around!

Hey, Sky, I was wondering, are you going to add GT era in the next version of Sraiden? Since I think it was originally planned, but doesn't look like it will go through now...

Off-topic:
To anyone interested in GT era:
It won't be in any maps I make from now on.....but....
since I spent so much time on the thing, and since not everyone in it was in kadrala v2, I'm gonna do the following in the next few days:
1) Release GT side lvl files (not source files - don't want people editing it since it took such a ridiculously long time to get it to where I wanted it). And the localisation files, although they only deal with those from kadrala v2.
2) Write up a simple tutorial to go with it explaining how to get it into your map, or any stock map, and with a list of what units are who and what their odf names are.
3) Add in another simple tut on how to get the decoy troopers fluffy uses working.

Ha, nice. What's weird is that at one point when I was still working on that, I was considering adding a hunt mode with something like that.

I say put the ARC caster for the air medic (that weapon pwns). And put in the Arena Map, even though I dunno anything about it.

agreed
to make the map a little bit different you could change the sky to look more greenish... just add a little bit green to the current sky
and perhaps some water pools here and there with greenish water
and green lightning
and no, i wasnt smoking green stuff right now, its just to make your map more atmospheric (just like Sraiden, which is one of the most atmospheric maps out there
