Ok, I have a question.

Is this side based off the REP, CIS, ALL, or IMP?

If it is based off an original side, I would suggest copying the SNP sides units and weapons odfs.
Then paste them in a seperate folder for backup and copying the original odfs from the based (I.E. REP, CIS, ALL, IMP) side and rename them to your side name.

Sometimes messing with a certain line in a unit or a unit's weapon will cause the game to crash. If that's the case, look at what you edited and compare it to the original.

it is related to the REP side...but there are modified weapons and skins, and the marine runs faster...

Assuming everything is named right, the ReadDataFile("dc:SIDE\\snp.lvl", fix I posted will fix all your Lua coding errors. What problems are you still having?

You remember to munge the side right? What is the side's directory path? Did you include the game's side Common with your side?

how do I get the Clone commanders cloth to change, it's reading my main skin, but still has the pinkish cloth stuck to it....

The cloth has a seperate skin in the MSH folder. If you want to remove it you have to delete the cloth line in the commander's ODF file.
