Thats a really cool model. I didnt notice it looks so good when i saw it ingame. UVs are not perfect, but the tex rocks! Are you going to apply at some local developer there in Denmark?:)

Well, I've locked myself in a room for a little while with a reference pic and came up with this bad baby:
I realize that there is already a t-21 model that has been released for swbf1, but none of the reference pictures that I saw looked very much like it, so I created a new one. I may end up making new anims for the firing and running with it, because of the super-cool handle on top.

Wow, that's AWSOME!

Count me in on one of the mob that'll be after you for that, especilly if you get new anims working!

rebel_scum, why do you think that your model based on the Counter Strike: Source-bomb sucks? I really love it, great job. But I think it's a little bit to big. A charachter if two grids in XSI, your bomb is four. Any chance you can resize it so it becomes one or two grids big? t551t551, that rifle is so sweet. Will you release the .MeSH-file to the public? By the way, Qdin, that wasn't your first model ever. That was the first model you released. I am correct ?...

well, I'm gonna take a a stab at texturing it, and maybe setting up an odf, then I'll release it.

t551t551, I am very glad to hear that you will realese the aimed mesh to the public. I thank you. rebel_scum, I find your technique most unique and unusual. But it seems to be a very good way of modeling, maybe I should try? Sorry for asking this, sir, but can you post a reference picture? I have never played Counter Strike: Source. Thanks in advance...

O.o... Drool...
My only complaint is that it may be a bit too high-poly, and you seem to have a sight that is made out of arcs, which won't export.

I think that's on purpose, It seems to be made to be used as a mold for the eventual scope. BTW, as some of you might have noticed, I won't be seen for a while, since I'm really working for school atm, see you next summer:D
Greetings Rc-1290'Dreadnought'
BTW, GReat models here

hehe maybe it isnt for SWBF2, which has a very small poly budget

Quite true, especially the small poly budget. It's really annoying.

WHOA.
I love this stuff.
What I really can't wait for is DooFi's UT-AT and t551t551's T-21 Light Repeating Blaster.

Wow. I might need to bug you for that model for my next-next map (I've got three on the go). If you would give it to me..... which I doubt.

Thread has grown a bit. o.0
When I saw rebel scums guns I first though moving target had invaded. Nice models, all around. Since I can't think of anything interesting that hasn't been done already for swbf2 I am doing a weapons pack and player model for JK:JA of a Tau Fire warrior. I'll post that stuff when I get something done.

Always wanted to do a Pod Racer, and this is a start!
But now I have to texture it...

I've got some textures someone else made but there not exactly.. made for a video game.

Cool Vyse, lookin good. I wanted to do a podracer model a while ago, looked at a pic of it and decided instantly against the idea. The shape looked impossible to do (for me anyway). But you've done a real good job. BTW what were the texes you have made for.

Thanks! It was a lot harder shape than I thought it was going to be. The textures aren't mine they are from the Sci Fi model section at theforce.net but the textures are all setup for movie type rendering. I think I can salvage them.
