Localization does not effect

always when i try to localize anything on my map it does not effect......
1. i followed rends tut and i already localized already other maps and it worked but now o,o it doesn't.....in game the localized thing just disappears (only the name
).....my new side is called "kas" and inside i have for example kas_inf_atrtdriver.....then i do in entity "scope" named "kas" then a key named inf_atrtdriver....still just the name disappears o,o
2. in my kas folder i have also a trooper named rep_inf_gree what have i to do now? must i add a scope named rep? or just add in the rep scope a new key name inf_gree? or must i add a scope name kas and then a key named inf_gree OOOOOOOR xD must i add a scope named kas and a key named rep_inf_gree.....? i hope you understand my bad english xd
