I was doing some testing for some new force powers. I had darthmaul and yoda on the same team fighting the clones. Yoda was also hero for the clones. When I spawned as yoda for the CIS he had his hero bar, yet he wasn't a hero, because I could always play as him. And hero wasn't set to always. I died with yoda eventually, and respawned as him. He still had the hero bar. Then I went to my cp, switched out for darthmaul, then switched back and the map crashed.

maybe having yoda as the hero for the rep is messing you up

try making yoda a playable unit for rep and see if that works

Don't set two heroes for the same team. My guess is you just switched the REP AddHeroClass to CIS. Don't do that. Only one AddHeroClass per team. You can use AddUnitClass if you want extra units on one team (but make sure the AddUnitClass comes before the AddHeroClass).
