I don't know how to get the BIOS but i don't think i can, nothing work, i can't pass that blue screen.

Unless you have severe hardware failures and faults, you can get into BIOS. As soon as you turn on your computer, start pressing Delete or F2 or F12.

Big problem on family computer ...
