GC Campaign?

Just want to know, is it (realistically) possible to make a second campaign (as a GC or otherwise)?

Sure, but you'd have to edit the shell to make it show up the way the original campaign does.

The v1.3 patch supports custom GCs. Read its documentation to learn how to make and add one.
