I cant find the guide to making a new side with BFBuilder. I've searched around the site, but all i can find is how to do it with BfBuilder pro which doesnt work on my computer. I used to mod and whenever I wanted to edit a pre-existing side (e.g. the clones), I would read through this guide that was written by psych0fred, I think. However, I lost most of my old files and can't find this guide. It involved going through and editing several of the batch files. All I remember is changing the names in certain batch files from GAM to whatever side you wanted and erasing REM from certain lines in odfs. Anyone know what I'm talking about and where it can be found?

Why doesn't BFBuilder Pro work? There's no reason it shouldn't.

it gives me scripting errors. I remember having a guide that would allow me to use regular bfbuilder to edit a bunch of batch files and set it up so i could get what i needed.

well, never mind. stupid me didnt replace bfbuilder with bfbuilder pro. as such, when i was telling it to creat files and stuff, it didnt have any files to pull from. This can be locked now.Thanks for the comment jedikiller, it made me think.

ok, i thought i fixed it, but imm getting scripting errors whenever i try to do anything (including importing retail sides). the specific error is

alright, moving everything to C:/ didn't work either.

in the end, i moved it into the same folder as battlefront1. I also had to edit the bfbuilderpro file with notepad and go through and edit some of the code. It was complicated, but this can be locked now.
