.REQ file errors

Every time I munge, I get this error:
ERROR[levelpack JKU.req]:Unexpected end of file while searching for closing bracket.
File : munged\pc\jku.config.req(16)...

When I try to play the map, it wont let me spawn, and the backround is black.
