Munge error- Texture must be a power of 2 [Solved]

when i munge it says the texture must be a power of 2, how do i fix that in photoshop7?
Make sure the texture's dimensions are power of 2 numbers
32 64 128 256 512 1024 2048
Any combination of these numbers will work, but it must use them.
512x512, 256x512, 32x128, whatever.
